Once your goods have been dispatched you will recieve an email notifications from us advising you of your delivery date. Deliveries are usualy made within 3 working days of your order being placed. If you are not in when delivery is attempted you will be left a card by our couriers, giving you a  contact number and consignment number Please contact the courier as soon as possible to arrange an alternative delivery date. failure to do this could result in your parcel being returned to us.

What does the shipping status 'Pre-Order' mean?
This means we are currently out of stock of this item but we will advise of an approx date for stock replenishment.  These are estimated dates and are subject to change.

Royal Mail
Smaller items dispatched via Royal Mail will be sent via a non-tracked method.  You will ususaly receive this within 1-4 working days however please allow 7 working days for delivery. 

Delivery to UK addresses overseas, islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times.

What is the p&p on my order ? For smaller packet items the postage charge is £3.99, should you order the complete baby hammock this is sent via courier at a charge of £9.99.
